"For a first time at this property it was really nice. Great view from the adjacent restaurant of the airport. After the last airplane left it was relatively quiet."

"This property was all the photos showed that it was plus some. The staff catered to every small details you could think of starting with the cold towels to help you cool down during check-in. All staff members were very friendly and never acted as if you bothered them for any request we had. Some of the staff members I would like recognize are Jefferson, Ronin, and Andres who assisted us poolside. Alexandria who was the first welcoming face who assisted us at checked and gave us a tour of the resort. Arienne and the other young lady (sorry we didn’t get her name) who worked at the concierge desk and gave us activity ideas outside of the resort. Carlo & Aaron who assisted us at the beach. Elijah who secured our ride back to the airport and Sean who brought down our bags. Can’t forget one of the coolest drivers on the island, Dyson. All and all everyone and everything was exceptional. I’d highly recommend this resort. "
"The pictures don’t do this place the just due it deserves. The rooms are very spacious, up to date, yet cozy enough to feel like home away from home. The staff and property were top tier!!! Highlighted by our Butler, Garey. He and others went above and beyond, to accommodate us during our stay. As a Single, couple and or Family trip this is the place for you!!! 10 out of 10 I will be staying here again on our next trip to Turks!!!"
"My bed it was the only complaint very noise, need a ne bed overall mattress and frame room was excellent and pillows were great. best stay in Turks the beach area its amazing and large beach area, other hotels near by the beach area its very small. we will be back soon !"
